We get it, sometimes what you thought was perfect wasn't. Or something got screwed up somewhere. If you're not happy, just contact us within 14 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Please use our Return/Exchange form. We don't accept unexpected returns, so don't ship something back without emailing us first or we can't do anything about it!

THE DETAILS:

  • Warranty is valid for 14 days after receiving your package according to the tracking number.
  • Jewelry needs to be returned in good condition with the original packaging. We won't accept returns that have been purposely damaged or altered.
  • To get a full refund you'll need to return the entire order. Partial returns will get partial refunds.
  • We won't accept a return that's sent to us without contacting us first.
  • You're responsible for the return shipping fee for returns and exchanges unless you got a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us!
  • Special offers and Biker Jewelry Shop gift cards can't be returned or exchanged.
