Honestly, I ordered two chains with absolutely zero expectations. I have ordered from other stores and have been consistently disappointed for a variety of reasons.

I received the products I ordered within a week. I was surprised with how fast it was sent and the communication I received at each step of the way. I was never wondering where my package was.

When I opened the package, I noticed the care taken in the package to make sure I not only received the package but received it in good shape.

The first thing I noticed was the quality of the necklaces. Good weight and quality materials. Previous purchases from other stores have warranted cheap metals that would break easily and turn over time. I could tell instantly that I wasn't going to face those problems. The necklaces are top quality which gives me faith that they will be around for a long time.
