The thing is I like the 2 items I purchased. Byzantine necklace black chain and the bracelet chain of same color and links. My issue is the wrist chain broke a couple months ago. The lobster clasp broke and was fortunate enough not to lose the chain. I emailed them for repair but have not heard from them. Ill have to do it myself apparently
