We get it, sometimes what you thought was perfect wasn't. Or something got screwed up somewhere. If you're not happy, just contact us within 30 days of delivery for a return or exchange. Please email support@bikerjewelryshop.com and we'll work with you to get it done right! We don't accept unexpected returns, so don't ship something back without emailing us first or we can't do anything about it!


  • Warranty is valid for 30 days after receiving your package according to the tracking number.
  • Jewelry needs to be returned in good condition with the original packaging. We won't accept returns that have been purposely damaged or altered.
  • To get a full refund you'll need to return the entire order. Partial returns will get partial refunds.
  • We won't accept a return that's sent to us without contacting us first.
  • You're responsible for the return shipping fee for returns and exchanges unless you got a damaged, defective, or incorrect item from us!

  1. After your return or exchange is approved, we'll give you a return address and RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number. The RMA number MUST be written on the label or outside the box. We can't work with your request unless the RMA number is present and clear on your package and you've sent us a tracking number via email to info@bikerjewelryshop.com.
  2.  Send your return/exchange within 7 business days of contact.
  3. Once we get your package it can take up to 14 days to finish your request. Our awesome staff will make sure everything is present and accounted for. When that's done we'll email you and finalize the process, where we'll send a refund to your account based on the return conditions.
