We’d like to clarify that the product images shown are of the larger 6mm version, while your order was for the 3mm width. The 3mm chain is noticeably slimmer, which can give a different overall look compared to the photo.
That said, we completely understand how this could feel misleading, and we truly want you to be happy with your purchase. While the 6mm is currently out of stock, we do have a 5mm option available that is closer in appearance to the one pictured.
